Private Swimming Lessons For Adults

Level 1

The student must learn to control your breathing (breathing through the mouth and blow air without difficulty through the mouth and nose under the water)

Learn to adopt linear positions with your body (position arrow) to begin work the legs in straight positions, learn to float in different positions, learn to dive controlling the breath, (grasping objects underwater), no fear to jump standing from the edge of the pool. At this level, students must learn to work breaths (bubbles) open your eyes under water, floating in different positions (unassisted) and move short distances linear position (arrow).

 

Level 2

Start is given to the coordination of breathing side (just one side) stroke and kick, resulting in the free technique. Back technique starts, taking the first steps of coordination of the stroke and kick start the free outputs and back on and off the water.

At this level, the student must swim long distances with good lateral breathing cycle, the technique of free and back with their respective outputs on and off the water.

 

Level 3

Free technical learning breathing for the right and left side of the head, in each cycle of movement of the arms, improving breath, stroke, kick and roll are perfected. 

In the back technique begins the development of stroke, kick and roll, there is also home to the Olympic twists and turns of the simple free and back techniques at this level the butterfly or dolphin kick starts. This level must swim with good technique and the Liberty backstroke, correctly performing the Olympic returns and departures, basic butterfly kick.

 

Level 4

Refining the freestyle, backstroke, turns and exits are made. Coordination of stroke and kick butterfly technique with their respective work starts and turns, it begins to work apnea and general resistance. 

In the back technique begins the development of stroke, kick and roll, there is also home to the Olympic twists and turns of the simple free and back techniques at this level the butterfly or dolphin kick starts. This level must swim with good technique and the Liberty backstroke, correctly performing the Olympic returns and departures, basic butterfly kick.

At this level be working the three techniques (free, back and butterfly) with very good movement, with their starts and turns, classical and Olympic.

 

Level 5

The student starts training technique chest, coordination of stroke and kick outs and Olympic returns, at this level the student must have complete knowledge of the four techniques (free, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke) with their respective outputs and round

 

Level 6

All corrections and details are done to refine the swimmer in the four techniques starts and turns, you should perform CPR preparation.

 

Pre Team

Physical and psychological preparation to launch large workout routines.

 

Team

This final step is to decide what type of swimming sport will chose (competitive swimming, synchronized swimming, and ornamental diving, water polo, and open water, preparation for life or apnea instructor, military service).
